Returns & Title Policy

Optispectrum does not take title to returned items until the item arrives at our fulfillment center. At our discretion, a refund may be issued without requiring a return. In this situation, Optispectrum does not take title to the refunded item. 

Our returns and refund policy applies to applicable products purchased within 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, this return and refund policy does not apply. Consequently, your return and/or refund request will not be processed.

To be eligible for a return, your applicable item must be unopened, unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Items shipped from Optispectrum.com, including Optispectrum Warehouses, can be returned within 30 days of delivery, with some exceptions

Applicable Items For Returns

Major Medical Appliances

  • Major appliances are returnable for any reason within 30 days of receipt of purchase
  • At the point of delivery, unbox and check that the item is correct and free from damage. If the item is wrong or damaged, tell the delivery personnel and don’t accept the delivery. They will help you to arrange a free replacement or a refund.
  • If you notice that the item is damaged or defective after delivery, Optispectrum will help you solve the problem, or provide a free return or replacement.
  • You may also ontact the manufacturer directly for product registration and warranty-related information 

Luxury Branded Wears

The following guidelines apply to all return-applicable Luxury Branded products, and returns that fail to adhere to these guidelines may be rejected.  Branded products made of hazardous materials, including flammable liquids or gases, are not returnable to Optispectrum. These products will not display a ‘’free returns’’ message on the product detail page.

  • Luxury Branded products must be returned in new, unused, and unaltered condition. This includes any attached tags (product tags and security tags), and where applicable, hygiene seals.
  • Items must be returned using the return label we provide. In rare cases where a return label is not provided, items must be returned using a trackable ship method and be insured for the value of the merchandise and shipped with a signature shipping service.

Customized Products

Customized products include products that are configured, personalized, or inscribed; for example, engravings, stamps, monograms, embroidery, embossing, etching, carving, or printing.

To file a claim for these items please note the following:

  • Send Notification within 14 days of receipt of item for return.
  • Due to personal configuration, inscription, or design on these products, Optispectrum is not required to accept returns or exchanges unless the products are damaged/defective upon arrival, or materially different from what was ordered.
  • If there is a misspelling or error in the configuration, inscription, or design due to a mistake from the factory, you are protected per the Optispectrum Return and Refund Policy.
  • All product packaging (such as boxes) and if applicable; certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal supplied with the product must be returned with the item. Products missing all their applicable tags are not acceptable for return.

Computerized Medical Equipment and Electronics

  • New Computerized medical equipment purchased from Optispectrum.com that didn’t start when they arrived, arrived in damaged condition, or is still in an unopened box can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
  • Our quality control may test computerrized medical equipment and electronics that are returned because they didn’t start when they arrived and impose a customer fee equal to 15 percent of the product sales price if the customer misrepresents the condition of the product.
  • Any returned computerised medical equipment and electronics that is damaged through customer misuse, is missing parts, or is in unsellable condition due to customer tampering will not be eligible for Refund
  • New, used, and refurbished computerised medical equipment and electronics purchased from Optispectrum are subject to Return and Refund Policy subject to our return guidelines.

Baby Items

  • Baby items can be returned within 45 days of purchase.
  • Breast pumps must be returned unused in their original condition with the factory seal and packaging intact.
  • If your return is not a result of an Optispectrum error, we won’t refund the original shipping fees.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Returns & Refunds Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at Refund@optispectrum.com 

Non-Applicable Items For Refunds

Pharmaceutical Products and Therapeutic Preparations & Formulations

  • All pharmaceutical products are subject to the policy for non-refundable items. This includes 6-month supplies of a medication, if your prescription changes, and you need to switch medications. 

Perishable & Intimate Products 

All perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate such as sanitary products. Hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases are not subject to Return and Refund Policy

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Additional Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days (45 days for baby items) after delivery  

Miscelleneous

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
