Good afternoon forum.
I started to experience a persistent headache on the left side of my head about 3weeks ow. It comes and goes. i have used conventional pain reliefs but its not abating. It will go and return after 2 or 3 days. It makes me feel dizzy and my sight too.

Please what could this mean and what should i do? I am a construction worker. This is affecting my performance. please forum
